Save, resume, and upload
Saving keeps an editable local project; uploading sends a draft to the server.
Save a project
SAVE PROJECT writes a .ommt file based on the song title into OMMT/saves. At least one note is required. Wait for the success message before closing.
The original MIDI or NBS is not updated. Duplicate the saved file as a backup before trying an alternative arrangement.
| Action | Result |
|---|---|
| SAVE PROJECT | An editable local .ommt project |
| Preview | No save or upload |
| UPLOAD DRAFT | A private server draft |
Resume editing
- Switch the library to SAVE.
- Double-click the project, or select it and press LOAD SAVE.
- Check the title, parts, and edits before continuing.
Loading the original MIDI or NBS imports the source again. Use SAVE to resume your previous work.
Before and after uploading
- Connect to the Oyasai Server.
- Check the song title.
- Listen to the beginning, middle, and ending.
- Remove unwanted notes and check extreme volume changes.
- Keep a local .ommt save.
Press UPLOAD DRAFT once and wait. Avoid disconnecting or repeatedly pressing the button. Read any error before retrying.
Successful upload does not publish your song. Manage the private draft in the server’s OyasaiMusic interface. Unsupported content or missing permission can prevent an upload.
